Your family is the most important team you'll ever lead.
At work you know what matters this quarter. Goals, scorecards, projects.
At home it's different. You want to lead well there too. But there's no scorecard or system that's keeping you on track.

Your kids are growing up fast, and you're concerned about the influence of culture and screens. Most weeks your family gets the rest of you, at the end of long days and long weeks, instead of the best of your leadership.
You care deeply. That's never been the issue.
What's missing is what you already have at work. A clear framework. A plan. A way to know you're working on the right thing, at the right time.
Think of it as an operating system for your family. A step-by-step process, and a scorecard that gives you a clear read on where you stand and what to work on next. Some of it is a project you finish. Most of it is a process you start, and keep coming back to.
Your family deserves the best of your leadership.
- Work gets your best hours, your sharpest thinking, and your most focused energy while your family gets what's left
- You're respected and trusted at work, and you want to earn that same admiration at home
- You're home for dinner, but you're spent or your mind is still at the office
- You want to be more intentional, but you're not sure where to focus first
- Your kids are growing up fast and the window to shape them is closing whether you're ready or not
- Leading your family with the same clarity and intentionality you bring to your work
- Your wife respects and admires you and chooses to follow your lead because she trusts where you're taking the family
- You and your wife aligned as a leadership team, each playing to your strengths
- Your kids growing in faith, character, and capability, becoming the adults you've envisioned
- A clear, step-by-step system carrying the weight with you so the most important things don't fall through the cracks
- Knowing what to work on this week, and being confident it's the right thing

The Family Leadership Sprint
For the man who is done reading about it and ready to actually build it.
60 days. Five men. We build the foundation the rest of the system stands on, with me in your corner the whole way.
"I feel like I've grown more in the last 30 days than I have in the last year."
"This was transformational in how I lead at home. I feel less guilt and way more energy, and the kids are behaving better because Dad is taking care of things upstream. When I change first, the whole house feels it."
"This isn't simply for guys who need a wake-up call. It's for dads who already care deeply but need the framework to translate that into consistent action."
I built operating systems for my business. I never built one for my family.
The moment of clarity came in my garage after a long day at the office. I'd just finished rolling out a new operating system with my leadership team. I walked through the door and realized I'd never once done that work for my family.
Take the Family Leadership Scorecard
In 2 minutes you'll get a clear read on where you stand across all six steps of the Family Leadership System, and what to work on next.
Leading at Home
A weekly email for men who are serious about leading their families. Real stories from my home and from men building this. The wins, the failures, and what both teach about leading well.
A step-by-step operating system for the most important team you'll ever lead.
It's built for men who think in systems and want a clear, sequential path from where they are now to where they want to be.
The steps are sequential for a reason. Each one builds on the previous and creates the conditions for the next. So at any point you know which step you're on, and what the next move is.
Establish Your Rhythm
Before vision, before culture, before any of the deeper work, a family leader establishes the basic daily and weekly cadences that keep his family connected and moving in the same direction. Rhythm is where your leadership first becomes visible to the people who matter most.
Build Your Brotherhood
The work ahead is too heavy to carry alone. This step is about building the right circle of men who know your real situation, who will tell you what you need to hear, and who are pursuing the same thing in their own homes.
Create Stability
You can't build higher on an unstable foundation. Before casting vision or defining culture, a family leader takes an honest look at what's on the edge in his home, emotionally, financially, physically, and digitally, and addresses it.
Build Your Leadership Team
Your wife is your most important teammate in everything this system is trying to build. This step is where role clarity, healthy conflict, and genuine alignment become possible and where the marriage moves from functional to thriving.
Define Your Culture
Every family has a culture. The only question is whether it was designed or whether it just happened. This step is where a family leader gets intentional about the values, mission, and vision that define who his family is and where they're going.
Develop Your People
The ultimate expression of family leadership and the step that draws on everything built in the previous five. Raising capable, confident kids who know who they are. Creating the conditions for your wife to flourish. Building something that outlasts you.
The Sprint sets the foundation.
The Sprint lights the fire. We don't try to build all six steps at once. We build the foundation the rest stands on, your daily and weekly rhythms and your circle of men, stability your family can feel, with a small group doing the same work at the same time.
The Brotherhood is the house.
The rest of the system takes longer than 60 days. Your leadership team with your wife. Your family's culture. Developing your kids. That work happens in the Brotherhood, over the months and years after the Sprint.
It's men who've finished the Sprint and want to keep building. We meet every other week. Each man works his own next step at his own pace, and once a quarter we sit down and look honestly at where things stand.
"Men tend to isolate, but deep down we crave community like this."

The Family Leadership Sprint
For the man who is done reading about it and ready to actually build it.
60 days. Five men.
We don't try to build all six steps at once. We build the foundation the rest stands on. We level up your daily and weekly rhythms that strengthen your self-leadership and reconnect your family. All with a brotherhood of men doing the same work at the same time. That's the ignition.
What the Sprint gives you
- A short morning read. A few minutes a day. Not more content to absorb. Just enough to point you at the day's rep and keep you moving.
- Daily accountability. A simple check-in that tracks whether you did what you committed to. Your home finally has a scoreboard.
- Coaching with me. Ten calls across the Sprint and the weeks after. Personal, direct, focused on your family and your reps.
- A brotherhood of serious men. Four other men who know where you really stand.
Who it's for
- Dads who understand that their families are top priority
- Men who want to be more intentional but don't always know where to focus
- Husbands who want to earn the same trust and respect at home they've earned at work
- Men who want to feel deeply connected to their wives and kids
- Leaders who crave clarity, structure, and practical application
This isn't for everyone. It's for the man who wants more for his family and is willing to make a real commitment to building it.
"The Sprint exposed the weak spots in how I was leading my family, and then it handed me tools to actually rebuild those areas instead of just feeling bad about them. It's not a course you sit through. It's one you put to work."
"Going in, I figured I already knew most of this. What the Sprint actually did was make me commit."
"The content ultimately led to a series of really good conversations between me and my wife that led to real change. I know we'll keep coming back to these topics for years to come."
The next step is simple.
Send me a short note. Tell me a little about your family and what's got you looking at this right now. I read every message personally and respond to every one, and if it looks like a fit we'll set up a call.
Seats are limited so I can keep the depth and the individual coaching that make this work.
I built operating systems for my business. I never built one for my family.
For nearly twenty years I've led organizations, built teams, and implemented leadership frameworks that produced real results. I've served on boards, run masterminds, and walked alongside dozens of men through some of the hardest seasons of their professional lives.
But for years, I was winning at work while drifting at home.
I had a clear vision for my company. I couldn't answer basic questions about my family's future. I had systems for my team. I had no intentional system for the people who mattered most. My wife was capable and competent and carrying weight she shouldn't have had to carry alone. My kids were growing up fast and I was reacting more than I was leading.
I wasn't a bad husband or a bad father. But I wasn't leading. Not really.
The moment of clarity came in my garage after a long day at the office. I'd just finished rolling out a new operating system with my leadership team. Mission locked in, vision clear, values defined, everyone aligned. I walked through the door and realized I'd never once done that work for my family.
That realization started a six-year journey of building, testing, and refining, pulling from leadership frameworks, studying what the research actually says, and implementing these ideas in my own home with my own wife and four kids. What I was looking for back then, and couldn't find, was a clear and practical framework built for a man who thinks the way I think.
I've been married to my wife Brittany for twenty years. We have four kids: two boys and two girls, ages 9, 11, 14, and 16. My family is not perfect. But we're moving in the right direction, consistently and intentionally, and the difference that makes is real.
If you're ready to stop drifting and start leading, you're in the right place.

For dads who think like leaders
Husbands are called to lead.
Not control. Not shrink back. We lead through influence, with courage, humility, and genuine care for the people depending on us. That's not a burden to resent. It's a weight worth carrying.
Masculinity isn't toxic, it's essential.
The world needs men who lead with deep humility and unwavering resolve. Not perfectly, but intentionally and consistently.
Marriage is a leadership team.
Every great team has a clear structure. Trying to split everything 50/50 sounds fair but produces confusion, frustration, and resentment. Clarity about roles creates unity. And a wife who is genuinely led, not managed or controlled but led, flourishes.
We already know how to lead.
We've built systems, led teams, and figured out hard problems. We just haven't applied that same thinking to our most important team yet. That changes here.
Systems beat good intentions.
We don't drift toward an incredible marriage and kids with strong character. We build it with the right mindset, practical steps, and a system we can actually follow consistently over time.
Strong families build strong communities.
We're not just raising kids. We're shaping the next generation of husbands, fathers, and leaders. The work we do at home outlasts everything else we'll ever build.
This is for traditional husbands and fathers who want a proven framework and practical steps. If that's you, welcome. You're in the right place.
